We always seem to have troubles getting our order right with Mister Baker. In 2019, the cake was damaged. In 2020, the delivery was late, in 2021 we were told to take the designs that were available despite ordering different designs online, in 2022 we were again delivered wrong design cakes and we never received the Santa Novelty cake. It’s a pity this has to happen every year with Mister Baker. You really need to improve on your service level. If it wasn’t because our family loves the plum cakes, we wouldn’t have come back. Very disappointed.
