Good Decoration but let down by cake inside

The cake looked wonderful, very impressive. But, the actual cake inside was dry, as if 2 or 3 days old, even the chocolate fudge between the layers of the sponge cake had all but dried up. Considering the price of this cake it was a not up to the usual standard expected from Mister Baker.
